I somehow, out of the blue surely "I am not the most active youtuber around even by far" got the sneak peek to the Youtube New Design and new features. However, it was not working for my session on chrome even though it worked for session on Firefox at the same time.
This intrigued me to find the reason behind it. I got the cookie with the help of "a post on Google+" and updated it in chrome with my value of cookie in Firefox and to my surprise, it worked :).
So, I guess now you all can also get access to the new Youtube design with end of my search until Youtube does not change the cookie :).

1. Open www.youtube.com on your browser.
2. Press CTRL+SHIFT+J on Google Chrome / CTRL+SHIFT+K on Mozilla Firefox
3. In Console tab, type document.cookie="VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE=9yFJBjw_WZo";
4. Reload and enjoy.
